MediCardia launches mobile patient record that puts aggregated medical records and personal health data at patients’ fingertips

MediCardia Health, Inc., a digital health innovation firm for cardiology and chronic conditions, has announced the release of their mobile patient record application. This novel mobile application is continuously connected to health records and personal data sources for patients to access, view, and share with anyone at any time.
