Mike Diedrick
Mike Diedrick leads MediCardia with a clear conviction: Long-term care is entering its technology transformation decade. With more than 25 years of experience building and scaling enterprise healthcare technology platforms, Mike has spent his career modernizing complex clinical environments and transforming fragmented systems into durable operating backbones. He has led $150M product portfolios, scaled enterprise imaging businesses, driven global operational transformation at IBM Watson Health, and navigated complex corporate transitions including the Watson Health divestiture. Across every chapter of his career, Mike has focused not simply on deploying software, but on building resilient infrastructure that improves care delivery, protects organizational performance, and scales with precision. At MediCardia, he is applying that experience to architect the AI-powered clinical and revenue infrastructure layer long-term care has never had - positioning the company not as a feature vendor, but as an embedded operating system for modern elder care.

Dr. Indrajit Choudhuri, MD, BSEE
Dr. Indrajit Choudhuri is the CMO and Founder of Medicardia Health. ‘Jit’ brings over 15 years of experience in cardiovascular clinical operations, value-based care and population health, EHR implementation, and cardiovascular informatics. With his background in engineering and medicine, Jit knew that the more information he had about his patients, the better he could direct their care and even proactively prevent cardiac events. In 2018 he developed the prototype of the first healthcare data platform for in-person and virtual care, that leverages automation and AI to analyze the wealth of data aggregated from varied disparate sources including EMRs, imaging/PACS systems, home medical devices, physiologic sensors, consumer wearables, external cardiac monitors and implanted cardiac devices, to identify insights and drive appropriate diagnostic testing and intervention, and maximize quality and revenue in the transition to value-based care. With funds contributed by angel investor and Board Chair Jeff Rusinow, Medicardia Health, Inc. launched in 2020 with the vision of bringing about a digital transformation that radically improves quality and access to personalized precision care, starting with Cardiovascular Disease.
