MediCardia Health launches Virtuas with Encompass Remote, a nationwide care management provider

MediCardia Health, Inc., a digital health innovation firm for cardiology and chronic conditions, announced today that Encompass Remote has agreed to utilize the MediCardia remote monitoring and chronic care management platform, Virtuas. Encompass Remote is leveraging the Virtuas workflow, data aggregation, and automation features to improve patient access to high-quality care. Virtuas offers embedded clinical intelligence across multiple care settings, including remote monitoring of vital signs (RPM), remote care of chronic conditions (CCM and PCM), and monitoring and management of cardiac implanted devices (CIED remote monitoring).
